Sabino has had 40 years experience working on a variety of projects in Australia and abroad.

His overseas experiences were gained working in Cape Town, London, Paris and Hong Kong. He has also worked in South Australia, New South Wales and the Northern Territory.

These experiences have made him adaptable to local conditions and ideas and have provided the building blocks for seeking alternative solutions.

Passionate about excellent quality service, Sabino is very active in improving the Lowenstein & Stumpo quality management system.

He has a Bachelor of Technology Degree (Civil) and a Professional Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia. He also is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland, a Building Practitioner of Victoria and is on the NPER Register.

Troy is a graduate of the University of Queensland and since graduating, he has been involved in a broad range of projects.

He has experience in projects that required alterations and additions to sensitive and heritage listed structures.

His experience as a site engineer early in his career has made him practical and aware of buildability issues.

Troy has an excellent knowledge of all types of construction including post tensioning and precast techniques.

He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and is a Professional Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia. He is also a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland.

Sal has over ten years of experience in civil consulting, project management, and civil design. Sal has worked on site works projects, infrastructure projects, urban and land development projects and community developments.

Sal has had wide exposure to multi-disciplinary environments in his previous positions and works well in where team work is paramount.

Sal’s Experience Includes:

• Stormwater management plans and recommendations
• Infrastructure planning and design
• Water sensitive urban design
• Community development projects such as medium density developments and retirement villages
• Water reticulation design
• Sewer reticulation design
• Site investigation and reporting
• Project management and construction supervision

He has a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering and is a Professional Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia.
